St. Augustine Handyman is not a licensed contractor.

Are you licensed?

There is no such thing as a “handyman’s license” in the state of Florida. St. Augustine Handyman LLC is fully registered with the state and the IRS and has a business tax receipt through St. Johns County. We are legally able to perform any task that doesn’t require a Class I or II license. You can find more information here.

What types of things can you do?

It’s difficult to create an all inclusive list but some of the things we can do well are: painting, laminate flooring installation, fence building/repair/staining/painting, custom built-ins, custom shelving, furniture/ikea assembly, power washing, minor landscaping, misc manual labor, dryer duct cleaning, backsplash installation, drywall repair, cabinet installation, build animal enclosures, crown molding and baseboard installation, zip line installation, playground set assembly, and caulking.

What areas do you service?

We focus primarily on St. Augustine and St. Johns County.

What type of payment do you take?

As of right now, we are only set up to take cash or check. We are working to be able to take credit cards very soon.
